Our Oztag squad recently returned from an incredible trip to Sydney, Australia.

Taking 12 students overseas to represent our school on the international stage was a privilege and an unforgettable development opportunity for our young athletes.

Tour Highlights & Competition

• World-Class Facilities: Before tournament play kicked off, the team visited the New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) Centre of Excellence, touring the high-performance setup and training directly on their fields.
• On-Field Performance: The boys played with immense heart, speed, and grit against tough Australian opposition. In a close finish, we just missed out on the Quarter Finals due to a points difference. While it wasn't the final result we wanted, the experience gained against top-tier competition was invaluable.
• Exemplary Conduct: Off the field, the students were outstanding ambassadors for our school—their excellent behavior, sportsmanship, and manners were commended throughout the tour.

Special Acknowledgments

• Michael Buettner: Heartfelt thanks to Michael for his incredible hospitality—from picking us up at the airport and arranging transport to stepping into our team huddle with expert advice and contagious enthusiasm that truly lifted the boys.

Thank you to our families and school community for supporting this tour. The team returns home richer for the experience!
